SVGR Studio (“we”) is run by SVGR. This page explains what we store, where, and why.
Your photos and studio records stay in your Google account
When you set up a studio, a Google Sheet and a Drive folder are created in your own Google account. Customer details, shoots, invoices, costs and photos are kept there. We do not copy your photos to our servers.
What we keep
- Your account: name, email, studio name, phone and plan status.
- The link between your account and your studio sheet, so we can open it for you.
- Booking-page requests and “Talk to us” messages until they reach you or us.
- Basic usage and error logs to keep the service working.
Your customers
Customers you add can sign in with their email and see only their own shoots, photos and invoices. Their Drive folder is shared only with the email you enter. Removing or archiving a customer updates that sharing.
Sign-in
We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email or with Google sign-in. We do not see or store your Google password.
Studio emails (booking confirmations, invoices, gallery links) go from our address, or from your own domain if you add your Resend key in Settings.
Payments
UPI payments go directly from your customer to your UPI ID. We do not handle that money.
Deleting your data
You can delete customers and shoots at any time; their Drive folders follow. To close your account, contact us — your sheet and Drive folder remain yours.
